Production running
Industrial supply
Once the product is on the market, what you buy is not a natural ingredient: it is the repeatability of that ingredient. Same grade, same test method and same origin lot after lot, with the documentation your quality department has to file.
Who it is for
- Purchasing and quality departments at manufacturers with production running
- Contract manufacturers serving several brands from the same raw material
- Brands that need to secure supply of a critical reference
- Distributors reselling to industry
How it works
- 1
Closed specification
A data sheet gets signed: marker and percentage, analytical method, microbiological limits, heavy metals, pesticides, residual solvents, particle size and carrier. From then on, that sheet is the technical contract.
- 2
Quotation with Incoterm and lead time
Price per kilo, Incoterm, delivery time and validity of the offer, for the quantity you tell us.
- 3
Lot and documentation
Every delivery arrives with its lot certificate of analysis. The lot number is the thread that ties the material you receive to its analysis and to the retained sample.
- 4
Delivery programme
For recurring consumption, a release calendar agreed in advance and safety stock reserved in your name, so that a supply break upstream does not stop your line.
- 5
After delivery
A retained sample of every lot for its whole shelf life, annual revalidation of the specification and a written deviation procedure: who reports it, within what time and which analysis settles it.
What we do not do
- We do not change grade or origin without telling you. If a lot does not meet the signed sheet, it stops and it gets reported.
- We do not sell to end consumers or in retail packaging.
- We do not issue certificates of analysis that do not correspond to the lot delivered.
Shall we start?
Send us your specification, or your current supplier's data sheet, and we return a quotation you can compare field by field.
